Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

Standard UK delivery costs £5, with free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Next working day delivery is available for eligible in-stock items ordered before 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery is subject to payment clearance, stock confirmation, delivery postcode and bank holidays. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send the tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays and delivery problems

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@nivylo.com with your order number. We will investigate and explain the next steps.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
